All Ticket Sales Are Final
No refunds or exchanges. No personal cheques. All events, programs, artists, times and dates are subject to change. Tickets purchased from shows cancelled by artist or promoter will be refunded, minus the online convenience fee. Online Services are provided by a third party.
Ticket pick-up is 2 hours before show opens with valid I.D.
Lost or Stolen Tickets
In the event of lost or stolen single tickets, the Box Office can reprint tickets upon proof of purchase and presentation of valid I.D. All reprinted tickets are stamped with a red replacement stamp that supersedes the previously issued.
Babes in Arms
The Chrysler Theatre has a NO BABES IN ARMS POLICY for REGULAR performances.
ALL persons regardless of age must have a ticket to enter the auditorium. The Ontario Fire Code regulations state that everyone attending a performance must have an admission ticket and an assigned seat. The Ontario Fire Code states that a child sitting on someone's lap is not considered to be in an assigned seat. This measure is taken to ensure the approved seating capacity of the auditorium is not exceeded and for the safety of all guests.
Children unable to sit quietly throughout a performance may, along with the accompanying adult, be asked to leave the auditorium.
The theatre does allow BABES IN ARMS for CHILDRENS & FAMILY shows only. BABES IN ARMS will be issued a complimentary ticket. BABES IN ARMS is defined as children up to 11 months old. Children older than 11 months will be required to purchase a ticket.
Will be seated at a suitable break in the performance. On-stage performances are shown in the lobby monitors for the convenience of those waiting.
Camera, Recording and Communication Devices
Are prohibited inside theatres. Cellular phones, pagers and electronic devices must be turned off.
Please be considerate of those in the audience who may have allergies and refrain from wearing cologne or perfume.
Group discounts available on selected shows for groups of 10 or more. Call 519 252-6579. Student and Senior discount rates are offered on a per show basis.
The Chrysler Theatre is equipped with elevators and seating to accommodate wheelchairs. When ordering tickets, please be sure to advise the box office of your special needs. Wheelchair seating is available on the main floor orchestra right and left. There is no accessible seating in the balcony. Accessible washrooms are located adjacent to men and ladies washroom. Elevators to upper levels are located near the Box Office.
Soft beverages, light snacks and alcoholic beverages are available on a per show basis.
